NAVARATRI PUJAS


The divine mother is the embodiment of Love, Compassion and Grace. She encompasses the whole of Creation. She is the Form as well as the Formless where everything exists within Her. She fulfills every desire of the seeker, blessing him/her with health, wealth, intelligence, abundance & prosperity. She is the divine consciousness that exists in all that is animate and inanimate; she is the mother of all creation.

No prayers go unanswered with the Divine Mother. Sri Amma being the embodiment of compassion and destroyer of karma fulfills the desire in the hearts of all her devotees. The 9-day ‘Navaratri Celebration’ is a time when grace overpowers fate. One comes face to face with divine grace.

The nine different aspects of the Divine Mother would be invoked with specific prayers and intents on each of these days. These rituals help one to connect to the higher consciousness and access grace for love, joy, wealth & prosperity, strength & courage, fulfilment of desires and success in every walk of life.


DAY 1: Sri Durga Devi Sahasranama Archana

Date: 19-09-09
Time: 8:30 am to 9:30 am

• To ward off negative thoughts, negative energies, fear of negative incidents in life.
• To be filled with eternal peace and joy.
• To be bestowed with the divine shield of Sri Durga for the protection of the family.

Prasadam: Participant will be given a specially blessed coconut to ward off negative energies. Prasadam would comprise of 2 laddus and a blouse piece.




DAY 2: Sri Bala Tripura Sundari Sahasranama Archana

Date: 20-09-09
Time: 8:30 am to 9:30 am

• For removal of obstacles faced in all walks of life.
• For success in business and work
• For continuation of progeny and family lineage.

Prasadam: Participants will be given a sacred thread (kankan) to help achieve success in career. Prasadam would comprise of 2 laddus and a blouse piece.


DAY 3: Sri Gayatri Devi Sahasranama Archana:

Date: 21-09-09
Time: 8:30 am to 9:30 am

• To be filled with Divine energies
• To experience good health and disease free existence.
• To experience freedom from mental and psychological problems.
• To get the complete fruit of Gayatri sadhana.

Prasadam: Participants will be given sacred water from the Arogya kalasham blessed by Sri Amma, which can be used for healing. Prasadam would comprise of 2 laddus and a blouse piece.


DAY 4: Sri Annapurneshwari Devi Sahasranama Archana:

Date: 22-09-09
Time: 8:30 am to 9:30 am

• For success and prosperity in farming, agriculture and land related businesses.
• Freedom from poverty, drought & famine
• For rainfall.

Prasadam: Participants will be given rice from the kalasham in which Sri Annapurneshwari was invoked. Prasadam would comprise of 2 laddus and a blouse piece.



DAY 5: Sri Lalitha Tripura Sundari Sahasranama Archana:

Date: 23-09-09
Time: 8:30 am to 9:30 am

• To find the right life partner
• To remove obstacles related to marriage
• To beget children

Prasadam: Participants will be given kumkum and a sacred thread. Prasadam would comprise of 2 laddus and a blouse piece.


DAY 6: Sri Saraswati Devi Sahasranama Archana:

Date: 24-09-09
Time: 8:30 am to 9:30 am

• For success in education
• For being free of the fear of exams
• For concentration, memory power and higher intelligence.

Prasadam: Participants will be given a special prasadam in addition to 2 laddus and a blouse piece.


DAY 7: Sri Maha Lakshmi Sahasranama Archana:

Date: 25-09-09
Time: 8:30 am to 9:30 am

• For solving financial problems.
• For receiving Sri Amma’s grace for acquiring property, wealth & prosperity
• For growth in business
• For the fulfilment of desires.

Prasadam: Participants will be given a coin specially blessed by Sri Amma for wealth and prosperity. Prasadam would comprise of 2 laddus and a blouse piece.


DAY 8: Sri Mahishasura Mardhini Sahasranama Archana:


Date: 26-09-09
Time: 8:30 am to 9:30 am

• For removal of bad/negative karma & past life karma
• For removal of doshas and negative energies
• For the liberation of ancestors
• For success in work and business
• For acquiring strength and courage.

Prasadam: Participants will be given lemons used in the worship of Sri Amma. Prasadam would comprise of 2 laddus and a blouse piece.


DAY 9: Sri Rajarajeshwari Devi Sahasranama Archana:

Date: 27-09-09
Time: 8:30 am to 9:30 am

• For solving relationship problems and discovering love and joy in the family.
• For the remove of unforeseen obstacles
• For spiritual growth and growth in consciousness

Prasadam: Participants will be given a special Srimurthi impregnated with Sri Amma Bhagavan’s presence. Prasadam would comprise of 2 laddus and a blouse piece.


Participants who register for the entire 9-day package can avail the privilege of going through a special process called “SAMSKARA SHUDDHI” on any one of these 9 days. They will also be given specially blessed silver padukas. In addition to this 4 laddus, khanduva, blouse piece and the prasadam of the respective Devi of that day will be given.





Note:

• The ritual will be performed on the name and gotra of the participant. In case you would be unable to attend the ritual you could still register and the puja will be performed on your name.
• Participants could also offer special alankarana, garland, or saree for Amma in their name with prior registration.
• You could participate on all the 9 days or as many days as you desire. But prior registration is necessary.

You could also register for special rituals like child naming ceremony, akshara abhyasa, annaprasanna, puja for new vehicles, special pujas for birthdays, marriage anniversary etc.
